Introduction
O.C.E.A.N is a non-profit organization that is being founded in the context of committing to volunteer-led social enrichment. The organization today engages volunteers to the alumni through many avenues. An Alumni Council in an advisory capacity has been established. In addition to providing valuable support, the council collaborates with program areas that engage the alumni.
A strategic plan has been laid out that emphasizes the commitment of the Alumni to serve. Its invested in taking on a mission to help with learning, discovery and engagement.

O.C.E.A.N is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote social welfare by bringing together a worldwide community of alumni. O.C.E.A.N provides and supports programs and services, facilitates communication with alumni, and seeks to strengthen alumni bonds and professional associations.
It leverages resources, talents, and initiatives of alumni to advice, guide and advocate advancing academic, administrative, athletic and outreach programs.
